Honest applications
Don’t impersonate anyone or use someone else’s documents. Don’t forge documents, results, letterheads or signatures. A recommendation letter on an institution’s letterhead must be approved and signed by your referee, who must be entitled to use that letterhead. Review every AI draft before you use it.
Scams and fraud
Don’t post, promote or share scams, “guaranteed” awards or schemes that charge applicants. Don’t create fake accounts or buy sign-ups to earn referral rewards. We report serious fraud to the authorities.
Using the service
Don’t scrape Providia, overload it, get around usage limits or plan restrictions, or test its security outside our responsible-disclosure process.
Enforcement
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove content, withdraw rewards, suspend or close your account. You can appeal: use Help & support in the app (Me › Help & support).
