Ibrahim Leadership Fellowships 2027
Each year the Mo Ibrahim Foundation places three emerging African leaders in the top offices of major institutions shaping the continent's economy. It is aimed at experienced Nigerian professionals ready to step into policy work at the highest level.
Who it’s for
- African nationals, including Nigerians
- Holders of a master's degree
- Professionals with at least seven years of relevant work experience
- Applicants under 40, or under 45 for women with children
What you get
A year working in the executive office of the African Development Bank (Abidjan), UN Economic Commission for Africa (Addis Ababa) or International Trade Centre (Geneva), with a USD 100,000 stipend and mentoring from the institution's head.
