Android (Chrome)

  1. Open providia.app in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right.
  3. Tap “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”), then “Install”.

iPhone and iPad (Safari)

  1. Open providia.app in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow, at the bottom).
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”, then “Add”.

Opened from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok?

  1. You’re in an app’s built-in browser, which can’t install apps.
  2. Tap ⋯ (or ⋮) and choose “Open in browser” (Chrome or Safari).
  3. Then come back to this page and tap Install.

Computer

  1. Open providia.app in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click the install icon at the right of the address bar.
  3. Click “Install”.

To remove it, press and hold the Providia icon and choose Remove (iPhone) or Uninstall (Android). Your account and data stay safe online.
